White River Energetics, LLC (WRE) is a newly formed and wholly owned subsidiary of D&M Holding. WRE has built a new facility in Des Arc, AR with the sole objective of manufacturing small arms ammunition primers. The process of manufacturing primers is an old and proven process. WRE is building upon the proven process by implementing new equipment and automation to make the process safer and more precise.
