Assembly Operator 2 (Charger)

White River Energetics, LLC (WRE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of D&M Holding Company. WRE is located in Des Arc, AR, and is a manufacturer of small arms ammunition primers. WRE manufactures primers using decades-old proven processes, all while implementing new equipment and automation to make the process safer and more precise.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assembly Operator 2 Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assemble ammunition primers
    • Maintaining equipment tolerances
    • Charge cups with primer mix
    • Fill in and assist in other assembly cell stations
  • Inspect at different stages of the assembly process to maintain quality and consistency
  • Keep workstations clean and neat
  • Work in conjunction with quality control to ensure primers meet quality standards
  • Adhere to all WRE safety, production, and workforce policies

Education and Experience:

Assembly Operator 2 Education and Experience:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Previous manufacturing experience required
